Description
Very good Victorian silver-plated salver, ideal as a drinks tray. Of good sized circular form with a pretty bead pattern border, and lovely decoration to the centre (which prevents scratch marks from glasses or decanters.) Very interesting piece of plate which bears the "registration mark lozenge," that tells us the exact date of manufacture (28th April 1874.) Handsome piece in fine condition.Sheffield. 1874.
