Continental silverplated centrepiece/jardiniere; this wonderful piece of silverplate is in the form of a "farmboy" pulling a handcart and has a cranberry glass liner to hold flowers or whatever is to be displayed or contained. The detail is just great and the modelling excellent, even the wheels revolve. looks good on either a sideboard or in the centre of a dining table. Antique Silverplated Centrepiece.
Late Victorian silverplate and glass centrepiece; the circular lobed glass bowl sits on the footed circular base, and is secured to the base by a screw fitment to a centre disc, which sits at the base of the glass bowl. This disc shows a female figure with a shield and has a lovely laurel pattern surround. The silverplated base is a mass of decoration. This piece is beautifully proportioned, and perfect as a table centrepiece or large side table ornament.

Victorian silverplate and cut-glass comport; this super piece is a typical piece of Victorian silverplate at it's best. The base is of a scene dipicting a deer underneath a tree surrounded by ferns. The tree supports the glass bowl which is original and of outstanding quality. Great for holding fruit, sweets etc. or just for display.
